Cookie began his Muay Thai journey at a young age and has built a long and accomplished career as both a fighter and coach. With over 150 professional fights, he has competed internationally across multiple countries, gaining experience against a wide range of styles and elite-level opposition. He now leads his own gym, Cookie Muay Thai, where he continues to develop fighters in a structured, high-level training environment.

A Muay Femur stylist, Cookie is known for his high fight IQ, technical precision, and intelligent control of distance and timing. His fighting approach is built on reading opponents, managing rhythm, and making efficient, calculated decisions throughout the course of a bout.

As both a coach and the gym’s Strength & Conditioning specialist, Phil brings intensity and structure to every session. He is a very strong boxing coach, with a sharp eye for detail in punching mechanics, combinations, and defensive fundamentals.
